Main tasks and responsibilities
Receive the recruitment requests.
Call the clients to know more details about the request.
Screening the resumes to find the qualified and matching resumes.
Arrange for test & interview appointments with the short listed candidates for testing and assessment.
Send the best patch of resumes to the client with their assessments.
Follow up with the client till hire the required qualified candidates.
Make invoices.
Monthly reports.
Cooperate with the other departments in the recruitment campaigns.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Answer telephones, screen and direct calls
Take and relay messages
Provide information to callers about our services
Greet people who entering the organization
direct persons to correct destination
deal with queries from the public and customer
Schedule appointments for others departments.
Handle the recruitment campaigns.
