I have worked on several projects during their launch on social media which today have a strong follower base which has eventually lead to higher footfall during our events.
My daily activities include and are not limited to the following:
Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination and audience identification.
Monitor, listen and responded to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
Create, curate and manage all published content - Generate, edit, publish and share content (original text, images, video, etc.) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action. Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns.
Become an advocate for the Company in Social Media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate. Identify threats and opportunities in user generated content surrounding the business. Report notable threats to appropriate management.
Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content. Demonstrate ability to map out marketing strategy and then drive that strategy proven by testing and metrics.
Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the Social Media campaigns.
Oversee design (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter & Instagram profile, LinkedIn photos etc).
Create editorial calendars and schedules for sync.
Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices. Post that, act on the information obtained. Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
Collaborate with other departments in the company to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
Compile reports for management showing results (ROI).
Monitor effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of Social Media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
Highly experienced in using Pipedrive - a Sales CRM system.
Train, manage and oversee employees who have been hired to handle social media as well as sales.
Manage and optimize Google Adwords and Bing Webmasters to create search engine ads specifically targeted to a given demographic on Search Engines as well as Mobile Applications.
