Plans and prepares production schedules for manufacture products and draws up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet customer orders.
- Analyzes production specifications and plant capacity data and performs mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, tools, and human resource requirements.
- Plans and schedules workflow for each department and operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times.
- Manufacturing work instruction and line balancing of different products.
- Communicate with department supervisors to determine status of assigned projects.
- Maximized productivity, identify specific need of equipment, utilization of all machine reduced production costs against sale cost.
- Monitor and update BOM of the running orders of the job Orders created.
- Prepares production and planning reports.
- Identified and addressed critical process steps and apply detailed process plan.
- Through continued improvement of machinery provided engineering support to design and industrial engineering team production.
