Provides a comprehensive HR consultation to management & employees on organizational structure, organizational behaviors, talent acquisition, employees engagement, learning and development, performance management, succession planning, budget, and HR systems to promote employees’ efficiency & effectiveness and drive the overall organization performance excellence.
