Working as a QA QC Engineer, coordinating the inspection activities as per the clients requirements, conducting quality auditing 7 testing.Preparing quality reports.
To verify the completion of the Quality records of each of the Respective disciplines in compliance with the requirements of the Project and the Quality management system.
Review/Validate quality documents such as Welding procedure specification, PQR, Work Method statement, Standard Operating Procedures, Standard Inspection Procedures, Inspection Test Plans, Material Test Certificate, Instrument Calibration Certificates, etc.
Witness the Mechanical test of PQR, like Bend test, Hardness test, Tensile test, Charpy impact test etc.
Witness & Review of welder performance qualification
Manage project activities including quality controls and execution works.
Made Quality inspections as per clients requirements
Maintain the ISO documents and project related documents.

Handled new Projects from the beginning its self.

Material Inspection, fabrication and quality inspections etc..
4 years of degree completed successfully with first class and lot of industrial training experiences. Completed training in Travancore Titanium, & Hindustan Latex ltd, now it Hindustan Life Care ltd, both in Trivandrum.
