As a warehouse supervisor, I oversee daily workflow, track inventories and process material transactions within deadlines. I also maintain records, handle surplus materials and prevent stock damages and wastage. Collaborating with management, I provide updates on shelf life/chemical/hazardous materials for decision-making. Additionally, I ensure effective QHSE management, monitor forklift operations, and deliver regular reports.

My leadership drives performance improvement and operational efficiency through data-driven approaches aligned with company objectives. I maintain item records, utilize reports and identify areas for improvement while establishing innovative work procedures. Flexible staffing strategies are designed by me to adapt to workflow variations. I also proactively coordinate with suppliers and ensure the timely delivery of materials by promptly resolving any bottlenecks associated with the purchase order.

Leading process managers and employees, I utilize performance management tools to enhance productivity and achieve goals. Auditing inventory records and transactions for accuracy and compliance is one of my responsibilities. I also conduct physical counts, resolve discrepancies and optimize warehouse layout for efficient material flow.

By developing and implementing inventory management systems, including setting minimum, maximum and reorder levels. I effectively monitor inventory, track stock movements, and ensure timely and accurate delivery to departments and projects. Organizing materials and maintaining a safe and clean warehouse environment are part of my duties. I prepare informative reports to support management decision-making.

Working closely with the logistics manager, I contribute to planning and executing diverse logistics operations. I also educate and assist peers in identifying performance improvement indicators and implementing best practices.
