Engage with authority at beginning of the project to insure that all temporary utilities (Power and water) are provided on time and do the same with closing out of the project to ensure disconnection of utility services.
Ensure a harmonious working relationship between the contractors and the consultants, understanding that open communication and teamwork are to be promoted and that an adversarial management style will be detrimental to the project.
Having Background in Organization, Estimation, Coordinating & motivation of personnel.
Identification of Subcontractors and suppliers & collecting quotations & close Coordination with subordinates.

Operation and Maintenance of Asia No-1 Vacuum Sewage System (STP).
Supervision and maintenance of air conditioning system, water distributed system, fire fighting system, drainage, fire alarm, etc in the factory premises.
Installation of Telephone duct and Construction of Manholes fixing of accessories inside manholes.
Construction of Hard and Soft landscaping works.
Preparation and Implementation of approved Quality plan as per client and consultant procedures.
Work closely with client and the consultant and proactively managing their complaints.
Co-ordinate and ensures that the related tests are properly done by the supplier as per client and consultant specifications.
Conduct inspections of materials, processes and fabrications in accordance with specified requirements of main contract and subcontracts.
Responsible for Project Quality Plan being implemented at all time.
Submit the daily, weekly, monthly reports to Client/Consultant and Project Manager/Managing Directors.
Responsible for day to day construction activities at site, Scheduling daily targets for project staff, analyzing the daily progress, rescheduling the targets if necessary, and management of pre-cast yard.
