My duties include but not limited to:
• Determine annual sector gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results
• Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new accounts
• Ensure targets are delivered through people management and performance review
• Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales process and manage it accordingly
• Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of the relationship with them
• Sell to existing and potential direct accounts
• Prepare reporting as needed
dot.jo is a leading digital agency, that is specialized in web based solutions, mobile applications and social media marketing.
They work closely with customers to build their brand’s online presence, expand their marketing reach and create a social media network to increase growth and sustainability.
My duties include but not limited to:
• Responsible for managing several accounts and often being the face of the company to many clients
• Help customers through emails, phone, online presentations, screen share and in person meetings
• Ensure that customers are aware of all dot.jo's products and services
• Ensure the timely and successfully delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Keeping current customers satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day to day basis
• Liaise between customers and internal teams
• Building new business relationships using existing contacts
• Achieving sales targets and goals while motivating other account managers to do the same
• Give sales presentations to high level executives
• Forecast and track key account metrics
• Update job knowledge by maintaining personal networks, participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications
As a part of the cultural exchange program (work and travel) i had the chance to travel to the states and work as a lifeguard in one of the biggest pool operating companies there.
Meeting new people from different cultures teaches human being much more than he/she can imagine!
