L have Bachelor Honors in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering with an Upper Second Degree Class.The degree program stretch for five years and l started in August 2010 and finished in May 2015. During the final year l did a project titled " Design of Injection Moulding Job Scheduling Computer program for Megapak Injection moulding factory using Genetic Algorithm" I have one year experience working for MegaPak Zim Pvt. MegaPak is the leading manufacturer of beverage plastic packaging in Zimbabwe and it specialises in Injection moulding, extrusion-blow , stretch-blow moulding. It also has a sub-section which concentrate on bulk water tank production using rotational Moulding. I have been trusted with a number responsibilities which include, production planning, product development, inventory control, waste minimisation techniques, injection moulding parameter optimisation, performing cost benefit analysis for new projects. I was also fortunate to lead the Pelletiser modification project team, the project improved the quality of the pellets, reduced the rate of gearbox failure and generally improved the production rate.
