Guided loads over, under and around a range of obstacles with multi-point suspension techniques capable of tiling, dipping and turning tools.
Used hand signals and two-way radio direction to communicate crane operator where and how to move and hoist the loads safely.
Properly aligned, leveled and anchor every piece of machinery to prevent damage and protect the site's workers.
Select appropriate equipment such as cables, slings, chains, winches and pulleys, according to load weights and sizes, facilities and work schedules.
Test rigging to ensure safety and reliability.

Signal and verbally direct workers engaged in hoisting and moving loads; control movement of heavy equipment through narrow openings or confined spaces.

Carefully dismantled, checked and stored the rigging equipment after use.
Maintain a good standard of housekeeping in the rigging store.
Inspect the rigging equipment to ensure it is safe and undamaged.
Prepare and select lifting tackles like wire rope slings, chain slings, eye bolts or U-bolts and other attachments.
