• Designed, Developed and delivered HQ and onsite training programs and drove significant growth in customer enrollment by increasing number of students by 4 fold (from 20 to100) and number of classes by over 3 fold (from 7 to 23) year-over-year. A key enabler to this success was establishing an Advanced Computer Radiography Physics course which was collaborated with GE Australia team to deliver in Milwaukee. This has resulted in a total increase of revenue by $2.5 MM, received a very positive customer feedback.

• Promoted to the expanded functional role to lead the combined Computed Radiography team in US and Zeist (Zeist, Netherlands) Products Applications Field Training Teams which enabled the team to drive key business imperatives like cross-training and regionalization of 100% field resources. The combined team fulfilled nearly 800 training units meeting all customer training needs in 2004.

• Managed implementation of new programs through initiation and development of a Quick Reference Guide which outlined day to day work flow of Clinical Staff on new installed system. This manual was utilized globally for all new system installations. Led a cross-functional team in evaluating the impact of proposed HIPAA guidelines on company policies and procedures as a result of expertise in data management and outcomes research potential of patient databases.
