Consulting Manager with Medtronic Integrated Healthcare Solutions (IHS) across the MEACAT region. Responsible for Cardiac Center Improvement projects at MOH - Kingdom Saudi Arabia and engagements across the region. Successfully led a pilot project for MOH - KSA for Cath Lab improvement program that resulted in having proposal from MOH. Took a Lead role to response on the proposal by designing a solution for the Cath Lab patient Journey, KPI and IT enablement projects that resulted in winning a three-year contract by MOH.

Deigned and developed employee / Vendor applications training certification program, extended these program to the high profile customers so gain the similar knowledge. Improved over all training delivery by 40% measured by NPS score.
Senior Consultant with GE Healthcare Performance Solutions across the Eastern African Growth Markets region. Responsible for Emergency Department Improvement projects at MOH - Kingdom Saudi Arabia and engagements across the region. Successfully developed, implemented and directed several multi-site hospital projects in the region including Patient flow redesign, Hand Hygiene Campaign and supporting functions of the Emergency Department. Improved 60% Patient flow by redesigning the ER department through implementation of Triage nursing station, ER Pharmacy and rapid transfer of ICU patients.
• Drove customer satisfaction and product quality improvements; maintain overall performance ownership throughout project life cycle starting from pre-sale process till site go-live. Direct day to day project implementation efforts in Abu Dhabi with annual revenue of $3Million.
• Facilitated project implementation of high level Clinical Information Systems installation, developed schedules, resource estimates and budgets, for a full clinical and hospital system product to achieve the paperless imaging with projects revenue ranging from $300K to $2Million.
• Designed and Developed complex technical/clinical system (PACS) project Plan communications through statement of work, project kickoff, network topology and end to end clinical work flow by working with Clinical Configuration Specialist, HL7, DICOM Modality and RIS Integration team members also working with the third party solutions such as EMC2 storage (Celerra, Centera and Clariion), PACSHealth, HP Servers, workstation and Storage and High definition diagnostic monitors (2MP - 5MP Barco Monitors). Achieved 100% customer satisfaction and smooth project implementation by coordinating teams from Hospital Radiology department and GE Healthcare Implementation team.
• Managed all active project sites by visiting clients and having face to face meetings at major milestones with the key stake holders i.e. IT Director, department director, Radiologist, clinicians and Techs to understand their requirements, project timeline and workflow needs. Coordinated their inputs with the group of implementation team members during the software and hardware installation. This activity has helped in achieving 100% system compliance and on-time site go-live.

• Drove customer satisfaction and product quality improvements; maintain overall performance ownership of medical Delivery systems throughout project implementation lifecycle of Infusion pump installation by providing Clinical, Pharmaceutical and IT information.
• Facilitated project implementation of Medical infusion pump installation, developed schedules, resource estimates and budget, responsible for infusion pump and wireless server connectivity implementation at customer site and completion of revenue recognition milestone.
• Managed implementation across all functions for the customer by Leading Customer meeting (face to face & over the phone) allocate resources, coordinating project logistics and providing ongoing project communication.
• Achieved Implementation project milestone targets as per the project plan and communicated to customers as well as the Baxter team. Assisted and Guided project implementation team with vital project information by providing Clinical workflow through data collection and best practices, worked closely with the Baxter and Hospital (Pharmacist to developed medical drug library to be used on the Infusion pump.
• Direct day to day training programs operations through out USA with annual revenue of $5Million and staff of 18. Managed $300K budget, P&L, marketing/sales, education, customer service, and new applications training program development.
• Designed, Developed and delivered HQ and onsite training programs and drove significant growth in customer enrollment by increasing number of students by 4 fold (from 20 to100) and number of classes by over 3 fold (from 7 to 23) year-over-year. A key enabler to this success was establishing an Advanced Computer Radiography Physics course which was collaborated with GE Australia team to deliver in Milwaukee. This has resulted in a total increase of revenue by $2.5 MM, received a very positive customer feedback.
• Promoted to the expanded functional role to lead the combined Computed Radiography team in US and Zeist (Zeist, Netherlands) Products Applications Field Training Teams which enabled the team to drive key business imperatives like cross-training and regionalization of 100% field resources. The combined team fulfilled nearly 800 training units meeting all customer training needs in 2004.
• Managed implementation of new programs through initiation and development of a Quick Reference Guide which outlined day to day work flow of Clinical Staff on new installed system. This manual was utilized globally for all new system installations. Led a cross-functional team in evaluating the impact of proposed HIPAA guidelines on company policies and procedures as a result of expertise in data management and outcomes research potential of patient databases.
