Responsible for day-to-day financial and accounting operations.
Perform project’s cost forecasts or budgets, cost tracking, monitoring,
and controls.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company.
Establishes charts of accounts, and assigns entries to proper accounts.
Analyze and reconcile accounts, process payments, manage invoices,
and handle freight & customs payments.
Verify, allocate, post and reconcile transactions.
Maintain and file accounting records, backups and supporting documents.
Supervises and controls the general ledger, payables, receivables, payroll,
budget reporting, and taxes
Analyze financial information and summarize financial status.
Analyze financial data to help the management make informed
business decisions.
Prepare monthly financial statements
Prepare P&L by job at the end of every project & submit it to MD
Review petty cash transactions and ensure compliance with petty cash policy.
Review daily bank transactions and ensure a timely bank reconciliation.
Monthly Reconciliation for A/R & A/P.
Calculate and allocate periodic depreciation to fixed assets.
Preparing all kinds of declarations (VAT, Income taxes, Social Security…).
Cost analysis
Responsible for affiliated companies
Supervising accounting staff
Coordination with External Auditors

Part Time General Accountant

-Develop, analyze and interpret accounting information in order to appraise operating results in terms of profitability
-Present financial statement and related disclosures in accordance with GAAP
-Furnish internal reports, revise and updates reports to be more useful and efficient

-Responsible of the cash, cheques, & transfers
-Holding cash & recording receipts on the Socrate System
-Prepare collection & daily sales report

-Prepare & follow LC’s with customers & bank
-Responsible of the affiliated companies accounts
-Recording delivery order & production sheets
-Statement of account for clients & balance confirmation
-Preparation of cash and cheques deposit everyday
-Passing the endorsement, payments & expenses on the system
-Prepare commission report for the sales agents on monthly basis
-Prepare debit and credit note
-CBM ( Monthly Aging Report )

improve profits
-Provide auditing services for businesses and individuals
