Job Description
Key member for successful transition of Fault Management Department from Kista NOC (Sweden) to Chennai Global NOC, Hands on experience of 3G network performance (3GIS and HI3G networks of Sweden)
Work Description and Responsibilities: ➢ Analyzing the Node-B service affecting and non-service affecting faults.
➢ RNC 2600, WBTS, AXC, SAXC, Flexi-hopper Trouble Shooting.
➢ Fault Analysis & Rectification of Flexi and Ultra type 3G Node-B's.
➢ Troubleshooting and analyzing Siemens, Ceragon, Nokia flexi packet link issues.
➢ Trouble ticket management for faults and raising work orders.
➢ Performing SW upgrades and configuration changes on all required UTRAN nodes.
➢ Performing License upgrades and new license installations in UTRAN nodes.
➢ Performing KPI analysis of the Node-B.
➢ Delivering the customer with agreed SLA.
➢ Providing technical assistance to FLMs at the field.
FM Team involved in analyzing and troubleshooting the Node-B fault, AXC faults, Q1 faults, Finding out the worst cells and doing a root cause analysis for KPI degradation. Monitoring critical KPIs in real Time, Tracking the TT/CR and doing Pre / Post Analysis.
