Ensure the accounting department requests are resolved and communicated in a timely manner.

Recruitment, performance monitoring, training and talent development of the staff.
Prepare business performance reports to the top management.
Overall management of the various departments.
Delivering the highest standards of customer service.
Overseeing and implementing the sales promotion tactics and facility layout.
• Support the CFO for leading the day to day operations of the business.
• Develop reports as required for external and internal purposes with valuations and reviews.
• Manage all aspects of the finance function including daily accounts, general ledger, fixed assets, AR & AP, etc …
• Manage and coordinate the relationships with banks and Vendors.
• Improve the operational systems, process and policies, that guarantee organizational wellbeing and efficiency.
• Managing and ensuring the day to day activities of business with quality /safety and cost effective.
• Interacting with vendors, business promoters, department managers for business development.
• Monitoring business growth and suggesting changes for better profit performance.
• Training, Supervising, Tracking, Measuring and Evaluating staff performance. (HR department)
