Ø Organizing the job and the responsibilities for the team as well as my assistant lab technician
Ø Receiving samples with in the lab and outside.
Ø Prepare specimens for routine laboratory assays
Ø Evaluation of samples for Biochemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Parasitology and Cytology tests and arrange for expediting to appropriate labs outside, if required
Ø Follow up for timely delivery of reports
Ø Proper reporting, recording and handing over the reports to concerned doctors and also to the clients
Ø Proper checking and calibrating the instruments, reviewing the materials and replenishing the stocks as and when required.
Ø Eliminate occurrence of wastage of chemicals, etc which is equivalent to revenue generation
