 Work to develop a warehousing strategy to increase picking efficiencies, storage location, & rationalization for Enata Industries and its group of companies.
 Optimize Inventory at all sites & oversee inventory rounds and stock levels implement & follow the parts and return policy to avoid carrying too much inventory or obsolete parts.
 Manage the monthly & yearly inventory implement recommendation from internal & external auditors & the Finance department.
 May negotiate contracts, agreement or order (price, discounts, delivery times, payment conditions) with external suppliers verify supplier invoices & coordinate cost allocations.
 Order received & deliver necessary parts, prepare order & deliveries to counter customers & to the team of after-sales service technicians.
 Responsible for arranging local deliveries through forwarders & ensuring full compliance for the local documentation requirements ( Commercial and legal )
 Maintain implement safety & security measures deal promptly efficiently with queries.
