To co-ordinate the supply of goods and logistics support for programmes, including requisitioning, receiving, storing, issuing and processing payment for goods.
To advise field logistics teams on logistic procedures to ensure compliance with donor regulations. Follow-up issues of non-compliance in collaboration with Senior Logistics
Ensure timely reporting and accurate record keeping. Compile weekly and monthly stock movement reports and produce regular periodic stock-take reports.
Maintain electronic inventory management database.
Responsible for smooth functioning of the organization, Responsible for staff welfare programmes & activities such as staff trainings, cultural programmes to develop the positive attitude of the staff towards Organization. Responsible for maintaining service records of employees & matters Related to benefits of employees, responsible for staff evaluation, confidential reports & feedback to Staff for improvements. Responsible for the proper implementation of the financial, transactions as per Accounts Code/ rules and regulation made by General manager of finance and monitor The finances of the organization in accordance to the direction of the general manger of finance, such as its receipts, payments and cash
