and compiling cases on repeat offenders (to turn over to local law enforcement). Collaborate closely with security operations
center and completed at least 100 cases/investigations with 12 felony referrals (70% of which have resulted in charges).
Positively influenced safety at store-level by training, mentoring, and coaching new hires in safety procedures - and taking
special care of staff without law enforcement background.
