Duties and Responsibilities
Build and maintain a profitable loan portfolio for the branch through growing the credit business, increased market share, staff management and monitoring
Chairing and coordinating the branch credit committee, developing of branch strategy and implementation
Portfolio quality Management through client relationship management and ensuring good service delivery
Internal and external branch public relations and marketing management
Participating in the company’s strategic planning, credit policy, procedure manual and implementation
Duties and Responsibilities:

Conducting portfolio audits and on-site credit inspections
Evaluating the branch portfolios, identifying accounts showing signs of stress and enforcing corrective action
Monitoring the work of external debt recovery agencies and enforcing standing arrangements on overdue accounts
Participating in the company’s strategic planning meetings
Preparing the departmental monthly and quarterly board input reports
Duties and Responsibilities:
Processing loan applications, financial analysis, risk analysis and appraising projects.
Monitoring financed projects by carrying out site visits and controlling disbursements of funds.
Debt recoveries by analysing bank’s business portfolio, writing reminder letters, making follow-ups on defaulters and discussing repayment plans with clients.
Marketing bank products, identifying potential investors, discuss investments plans and giving financial advice to clients.
Provision of technical advises on financed projects and conducting training on business and financial plans.
Monthly reports compilation, cash flow analysis and preparation
Supervision of subordinates and Crop assessment, Liaising with branch staff and outside organizations /representatives

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Mobilizing Rural Communities in the area of operation/project implementation to
take up projects launched in their area.
* Collecting statistics relevant to produce a budget for the project /programme to
start.
* Ensuring safe keeping of stocks at holding points and feeding points before
distributing to beneficiaries.
* Ensuring timorously deliveries to beneficiaries and distributions.
* Ensuring safety during deliveries, timeously loading and off-loading of stocks.
* Monitoring feeding, record-keeping and ensuring that the real beneficiaries
benefit from the project /programme.
* Conducting participatory training of feeding points committees ensuring that
they are well equipped to receive and prepare food hygienically and cost
effectively.
* Preparing allocation schedules monthly ensuring that beneficiaries have adequate
stocks at any given time of nutrimeal.
* Facilitating participatory health education for participating communities as per
the project/programme health education requirement.
* Establishing and maintaining good rapport with stakeholders and community
leaders, in the area of operation and implementation of the project/programme.
* Facilitating the timorously compilation and submission of project/programme
statistics from feeding and holding points, in collaboration with MOE, MOH,
MYDGE and SDCS.
* Compiling and submitting analytical monthly progress report that contain
recommendations for project implementation.
* Facilitate project /programme implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
* Social mapping.
* Food vulnerability assessment.

Depot operations management and providing cotton farming extension to farmers.
