 Obtaining and submission of all required FICA documentation.
 Staging property for marketing photos.
 Load all new mandated properties on Fusion, PropControl, IOL and other social media platforms for maximum exposure, as well as placing marketing boards in the specific areas.
 Negotiating selling price between buyer and seller.
 Price-counseling with sellers on properties in the market.
 Track existing properties on the market to convert the mandates to Re/max mandate as soon as term expires if not sold.
 Plan and execute marketing events at local shopping centres.
 Building relationship with existing buyers and sellers in order to generate leads and guarantee future business.
 Capture all clients’ information of CRM system.
 Send out marketing material, newsletters, anniversary and birthday wishes to clients.
 Arrange key-handover on registration of property.
 Arrange closing of sellers’ municipal accounts as well as opening of new accounts in buyers’ name.
