RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensure all operations are undertaken in a safe manner in accordance with the project contract documents, design & specifications.
• Review and check, design drawings, shop & as built drawings for all mechanical works such as (HVAC systems, Water supply system, Firefighting system, Gas system, Plumbing works, pumps, Lifts, Fountains, Swimming pools, Irrigation system, Garbage chute and all mechanical works) and incorporating some comments if needed to ensure project requirements/ specifications are followed as well as authority regulations.
• Coordinate and supervise work of all trade contracts.
• Securing Authorities approval.
• Monitoring of the Site Progress to achieve project completion date.
• Attending all Mechanical Inspections Works and Material Inspections Request.
• Reviewing & coordinating with the client’s additional requirements for installation & execution.
• Coordinating with the authorities & contractors to achieve authority approval.
• Check up all materials submittal of the suppliers and contractors, for the mechanical works above and give the comments, approval for them if they are complying with specification of the contract, standards and study all the alternative material submittals.
• Deal with all claims as result of quality, quantity, breakage, missing documents, takes corrective action to settle the claim / discrepancy to the best interest of the management and client and conducted all the technical meetings and progress meeting.
• Establishment and responsibility for project Communications with client and contractors.
• Preparation of weekly and monthly reports to the client and management.
• Review and assessment and reporting on all mechanical works.
• Plan, control and leading installation of the mechanical equipment done by the contractors and the testing & commissioning and operating at site and handover to the client. (Including As built drawings, O&M manual, warranties certificate, authorities approval…etc).
• Assist the Owner's operating staff to ensure a smooth take-over
• Have full knowledge for Estidama submission requirements.
• Have full knowledge for ADDC, ADCD, ADNOC, ADM and ADSSC regulation & requirements and approval.
• Review variation orders schedules and assess entitlement and Income.

Responsible for following up all the installation, Test, Commissioning for the new projects under the supervision of senior mechanical engineer in the project section, Study A/C loads, Shop drawings for the chiller and chilled water circulating pumps and pipes, package units, split units, Drainage and plumbing system.
