• Planning and directing operational departments, allocating funds to properties departments and approving expenditures within the parameters of policy.
• Set targets for growth, analyze and coordinate strategic planning to meet targets for all profit.
• Responsible for planning budgetary expenses and income forecasts to meet set financial goals.
• Maintaining statistical and financial records.
• Responsible for all staffing and human resource policies and procedures including ensuring the highest level of staff welfare and benefit possible within the parameters of the organization.
• Responsible for directing marketing efforts.
• Monitor economic and other external conditions and manage proactively addressing issues that may affect operations in order to maximize sales and growth
• Establish and maintain service standards to achieve guest, staff and management satisfaction.
• Participation in local trade shows and industry events as required.
• Maintain an up to date awareness of the market competition and future trends.
• Assist staff to ensure that the relationships of the company are strong and beneficial for all parties.

Responsibilities:
● Fully responsible for Residences occupancy and budget.
• Responsible for leading in and assisting in the implementation of the overall Residences.
• Planning and directing operational departments, allocating funds to Residences departments and approving expenditures within the parameters of policy.
• Set targets for growth, analyse and coordinate strategic planning to meet targets for all profit within the Residences.
