- Install of new packaging machines for bottled water, soft drinks, in Lebanon, middle east and Africa countries (Lebanon: Pepsi, Coca-Cola, Kassatly Chtoura, Tannourine, …Kuwait: Unibev, Al Rawdateyn, …Congo Kinshassa: Heineken, Algeria, South Africa, …)
- Repair and upgrade existing machines to ensure high performance.
- Train the operators on the operational work instructions and cleaning work instructions of the machines.
- Ensure safety instructions are communicated to the team to maintain a safe work environment.
- Set the preventive maintenance schedule and train the operators on it.
Install and repair all types of automatic doors, security cameras, alarms and fire systems.
- Manage the production line of chocolate from filling to wrapping process.
- Monitor and guide production and maintenance team members and take immediate actions and decisions to ensure achievements of agreed department objectives.
- Launch the production schedule and ensure all the teams have the full picture and are able to operate.
- Communicate the production schedule with the material planning and the sales and conduct the necessary amendments.
- Monitor the performance of the machines and work on fixing any mechanical or electrical problem that occurs on machines.
- Set the prevent maintenance schedule and conduct it based on the preset frequencies.
- Review quantity deviation reports and analyze root causes related to machines performance and take necessary preventive actions.
- Set the operational working instructions for proper running of the machines also the cleaning working instructions for all the machines.
- Make sure that the machines are running well with zero non conformity
- Conduct daily and planned calibration on all the machinery for higher efficiency and monitor its effect on the quality of the products.
- Change different formats on all the machines as per the production plan.
- Set the prevent maintenance schedule and conduct it based on the preset frequencies.
- Run the aluminum forming machines from press to puller to stretcher then extrusion.
- Monitor the performance of the machines and work on fixing any mechanical or electrical problem that occurs on machines.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper functioning of equipment (anodizing and powder coating).
- Analyze percentage of difference in the products quality and identify root causes and take necessary preventive actions.
- Set the prevent maintenance schedule and conduct it based on the preset frequencies.
