Cimenta Consultores Inmobiliarios is a Spanish company specializing in REAL ESTATE PROJECT MANAGEMENT, both Residential and Commercial.

As a partner of the company I am responsible for business development, as well as creating and defining the real estate projects.

As TECHNICAL DIRECTOR of the Company I am responsible for project management during its implementation phase, optimizing the available resources in order to achieve the goals relating to cost, time and quality. My main functions are as follows:

+ Organize the project documentation, such as licenses, permits, insurance, project safety plans, CIC documents, CVR (Collateral Valuation Report), WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), Deliverables…
+ Coordinate and Manage the Project team.
+ Manage and implement Value Engineering concepts.
+ Prepare the budget and cost control of construction (BCIS Building Cost Information Service)
+ Plan the construction schedule and timetable.
+ Oversee Order Management.
+ Handover of finished project to Client.

Area 10 Property Management Inc. is a Spanish company specializing in the implementation, development and management of residential real estate projects on a national and international level.

As TECHNICAL DIRECTOR, I reported directly to the Board of Management and was responsible for project management during the implementation phase, with the following functions:

+ Coordinate and Manage the Project team.

+ Prepare the budget and cost control of construction.
+ Plan the construction schedule and timetable.

As COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR I was in charge of the following departments:

+ Planning: business plans for new building projects
+ Sales & Marketing

NORIEGA, developer and construction company belonging to the Group of Companies Sánchez-Ramade, has delivered more than 14, 000 homes since 1962.

In NORIEGA I acted as TECHNICAL ADVISOR to the CEO of Seville for housing developments and schools legalizing DIASOFT.

The functions that play were:

+ License Management Project Construction of 214 homes in the Seville Golf.
+ Management After Sales Promotion Bermejales housing.
+ Management of Post-Sale Ramade I and II buildings in San Bernardo.
