Monitor and analyze network KPIs (2G/3G/LTE)
Perform study on new products or features (GUL), and perform trial to get acceptance
Prepare scripts for products to be implemented
Monitor network behavior after implementation and perform benchmark
Communicate with customer on a daily basis, communicate with team to share feedback about products
Handle “Worst Cell List” task to continuously improve the network
• Define the Scope of Work (SOW) based on RFDS’s and CD’s.
• Work with procurement to create the Bill of Materials (BOM) per the Scope of work.
• Act as a key interface with construction and project teams, supply chain and general contractors.
• Work with the construction team to understand site-specific characteristics and schedule requirements for build plans.
• Analyze drawings, site surveys, photos, RF information, schedules, etc. to determine materials and services needed to construct a site as specified by the customer.
• Develop Scoping and other appropriate documentation based on customer provided RFDS’s and Construction drawings when requested.
• Develop and submit detailed quotes associated with SOWs and is accountable for scope and quote accuracy and timeliness.
• Execute on change scope throughout the life of the project including true up requirements for scoped services and materials.
• Apply industry knowledge and experience to resolve issues as needed.
• Actively participate in planning and status meetings as required.

• Equipment ordering and management with logistic department
• Resolution of technical implementation issues
• Site delivery management in accordance with the implementation schedule
• Design and implement electronic circuit boards
• Implement various hardware solutions
• Function a CnC machine and 3D printers
• Microcontroller programming
