• Establish and maintain a staff rationalization decision / workload analysis model assisting management in assessing staff needs
and deciding on recruitment
• Create and set-up KPIs on specific activities and projects to allow better monitoring of results and early detection of short
comings
• Lead software functional requirements and large-scale application implementations to cater for process enhancement, workflow
automation and organizational change needs (Call Center, CRM, Digital Onboarding, …)
