* Prepare new job descriptions and revise existing ones
* Handling end to end recruitment activities for various requirements
* Managing full life - cycle Recruitment process from identification & understanding, sourcing, screening, initial Interview, final Interview, feedback, offer & joining formalities to ensure a seamless transition
* Sourcing profiles through different channels like job portals, sending mass emails, resume databases, social networking sites (LinkedIn, Facebook), & employee referrals
* Headhunting candidates from junior level to Executive level from the targeted companies
* Initial telephonic screening of candidates to judge communications and basic technical skills
* Negotiating the salary and notice period with the candidates
* Building very good database for each position
* Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants
* Conducting inductions of new staff
* Monitoring the new hires performance & Probation Period Evaluation
* Working on a recruitment software in order to save the feedback of all the interviewed candidates
* Building good connections with universities and attending Job Fairs
* Direct contact with the HODs and CEO to discuss the recruitment needs
Developing sales and demand generation strategy and identify core markets ( multiple industries)
□Developing a good understanding of clients( culture, positions, competitors) in order to find the best talents
□ Building strong relationship with key decision makers
□Maximizing the sales, business development and network to develop new business from existing and new clients
□Understanding positions from different industries and helping clients develop job descriptions
□Network with candidates directly via various channels ( database, social media, headhunting...)
□ Negotiating salary and finalizing arrangements between clients and candidates
