Design Manager
-Conceptualize and create innovative Commercial/Residential/Hospitality concepts and experiences with the guidelines of
the client brief.
-Performed extensive onsite visits and aligned with Contractors to resolve construction issues to meet the Client
expectations and requirements.
- Managing a diverse team of 10 direct reports. Providing guidance and mentorship to the team throughout the projects
and monitored and enhanced their performance accordingly.
-Provide leadership to client and team by communicating project objectives, contract scope, terms and schedule.
-Develop Schematic/Concept, material schedule, layout plans, elevations and details for projects of all sizes and technical
complexities.
-Ensure design standards and concepts are maintained in all architectural details.
-Maintain a set of current working drawings during construction, updating them to reflect any and all field conditions and
revisions.

-Attending several workshops with ID Consultant, Operator & Architect in order to assist on reviewing the design progress

-Assisting in conducting periodic on-site inspections prior to substantial completion as and when required -Reviewing and approving all control samples during the construction phase reference.
-Providing priced BOQs for management approval from different contractors after ensuring that it is matching with ID documentation
-Providing an Interior package coordinated with ID, Architecture and lighting consultants reflecting the operator’s requirements.
