• Revamped spirit, design methods, quality of conceptual designs and quality of deliverables in the department.
• Introduced new engineering tools which I created to enhance the efficiency of engineers and staff.
• Created a web based Integrated Management Gateway (IMG), thru which entire company features are effortlessly managed and integrated starting from time record, to accounts, to pricing, to gauging the efficiency of all staff and all departments. Also, the IMG measures at any point of time the exact cost of each project, and hence it secures profits and it gauges departments efficiencies etc…
• Have been a technical reference for the Team for any queries, where no engineer might return with no solution to his queries of doubts.
• Managed by example at all aspects.
• The team efficiencies increased by 100% due to many reasons which can be elaborated in verbal discussions.
• Created KPI's for evaluating the staff performance
• Introduced to the drafting the dynamic blocks for fast and efficient professional drafting.
• Pushed towards implementing the BIM drafting, and at the least cost among other departments.
• The MEP department under my management, has the least cost per project, and has the biggest contribution to the monthly invoicing.

Shirvan Metisse Restaurant at Pearl Qatar for M/s UDC (this project has Outdoor Cooling of around 270m2, where the system is unprecedented and the Client is stunned by the result, where almost zero energy is consumed at most of the time)

The Pearl Qatar Lighting Enhancement (credited for getting the project at very good fees and managing it entirely)
