-Plans, manages, and follows up on the dewatering system plans in a defined zone
-Reads the drawings, scope of work, and specifications related to his discipline carefully and in detail
- Monitors the man-power and equipment allocation & Monitors the crews.
- Follows up on the construction method statements and ensures that the construction related documents are being properly maintained and available when needed
- Prepares the daily timesheets for his workers and equipment, and acknowledges and witnesses that all working hours are correct and that maximum efficiency and effort is being achieved

• Plans, manages, and follows up on the day to day execution of construction plans in a defined zone
• Reads the drawings, scope of work, and specifications related to his discipline carefully and in detail
• Leading a team of all precast works in the project -200 units - starting from inspection of delivered materials, Erection, alignment inspections till handing over the full units.
• Monitors the man-power and equipment allocation & Monitors the crews, and ensures that all drawings are available to them, and that the work is ongoing according to the drawing
• Follows up on the construction method statements and ensures that the construction related documents are being properly maintained and available when needed
• Prepares the daily timesheets for his workers and equipment, and acknowledges and witnesses that all working hours are correct and that maximum efficiency and effort is being achieved
• Ensures that all materials and tools related to his discipline are available on site, and reports to the Senior Site Engineer in case of any shortage or delay
• Gathers and verify all data and documents on sites and from other departments for main contract payments, variations and financial part of claims with client.
• Prepares all payment applications and variations of subcontractors / suppliers.

• Manage and supervision all subcontractors work such as Civil works ( Tiling, Plastering, Ceilings, Painting), Electrical works ( Low current, Data & Telephone, Security), Mechanical Works ( Drainage, Plumbing, Water supply, HVAC ) .

Quantities surveying, Preparing bill of quantities, work shop drawing, procurement orders .

Working as a Site Engineer in two projects in the finishing works such as Plastering, Painting, Stone works, Aluminums works, Electrical and Mechanical works .

Quantities surveying of all projects items
Supervision of all civil works
Check bills & financial tasks
Preparing time schedule for project
