Responsible for providing a portfolio of IT, software, and technology Mobile services that meet the needs of clients.
In charge of ensuring that the delivery & Managed services of technologies, services & solutions is done with a professional, honest and personalized service approach.
Responsible for all the financial management of the Key account business, including all the projects & Services, leading the activities & human Resources of the Service Delivery programs including Fixed, ITO and Mobile services, in order to facilitate smooth collaboration between the business and the related technical sections, throughout the delivery cycle; providing our clients with best qualified services within the forecasted Margins.
Managing Multi projects end to end (Data Center (DC), Aspiration projects (5G), FTTH, FTTM, MSAN, MW, NBB
Material &Terminals).
➢ Successfully manage to deliver STC Aspiration 5G Project Ph1, Ph2 &Ph3
➢ Successfully manage to deliver STC DC Ph2 project (2 sites).
➢ Controlling the Financial status for all the projects and assure Excellent Financial KPIs and profit.
➢ Enhance the projects saving & efficiency during my period.
➢ Managing more than 120 teams from subcontractors more than 10 Company’s.
➢ Managing more than 70 Stuff direct reporting to me.
➢ Responsible for all the communication with customer and Managing all customer requirement, expectation
and satisfaction.
➢ Managing the project plan and keeps plan updated with customer to reflect and anticipate changes by
coordinating change management on all aspects affecting cost, scope, schedule and quality
➢ Assures consistency among project financial, product and service forecast activities.
➢ Ensures project contract management process is initiated and executed.
➢ Manages the customer relationship during delivery, and serves as the primary interface towards the customer
in all activities-related to the own scope of the contract, including customer complaints, corrective actions,
and changing requirements.
➢ Prepares a clear and effective communications plan and ensures proactive communication of all relevant
information to the customer and to all stakeholders.
➢ Monitors and controls that the project is delivered within the approved budget, profitability forecast, and
planned scope.
➢ Ensures that the project meets all objectives for quality and looks continuously for quality improvement and
customer satisfaction.
➢ Monitors, controls and reports KPIs defined in customer contract.
➢ Conducts thorough risk management for all project risks and opportunities.

Management and Delivery Processes Planning to reflect the changing environment
* Responsible for communication of Project Management Plan and related processes to the relevant
stakeholders in the project
* Control the actual services delivery performance information and compares actual performance with
baseline(s)
* Ensures that constraints and risks are managed successfully Controlling and optimizing services delivery
performance (operational KPIs i.e. SLA, time, scope, quality) and financial KPIs.
* Coordinating the people involved in services delivery, coordinating relevant stakeholders, e.g external
partners (e.g. subcontractors, contractors, 3rd party)**customer, project teams

Manage to deliver successfully project level B more than 2000 Sites to lunch the 3G Network in whole Iraq
from the Planning till putting the sites on Air without any alarms
* Managing overall Project Planning of Execution, Budget, Equipment procurement and Human Resources

Managing the Rollout and all implementation activity for UMNIH 3G project end to end.
* Responsible for all Subcontracting communication and dispatch the site engineer and daily assurance for the
target achievement.
* Responsible to deal with PACs and assure the Successful handover for the project.
Supervise the quality of installation of Zain MBB project on the project and make sure that all the subCon and
engineer following the quality requirement strictly
* Supervise all the teams to solve all the MW Snags on Zain Project and handover the sites to customer.
* Provide the subcontractor teams the need it training to help them on the Installation Commissioning, spare
parts management and coordination to on-site subcontractors, support to on-site and solving the technical
issues.
* Supervise and doing the Drive Test for the 3G Network.
Work as RF drive test in Zain MBB project.
* Responsible for all site activity of transmission and BSS as SE.
Training:
* GTS Project management professional ability enhancement cource
* C8 Training in china (Shenzen) with certification.
