Further to my previous work experience in the healthcare sector, with MANENS-TIFS I have been involved as consultant for MEP services, coordination and supervision, project management, planning, detailed design review and value engineering, reports, cost estimate, installation and everything useful to accomplish the deadline for two specific projects. Co-ordination with other engineers, architects, sub-contractors; liaising with general co-ordination section and monitoring the contract progress. The activity has included

Maintained & upgraded the electrical systems (distribution, protection & control) Assessment of performance of subcontractors, allocated resources and evaluation using key performance indicators.
Make engineering calculations in connection with field and office assignments. Investigate problems and recommend solutions, and obtain permits for operations. Perform highly specialized design, research, and analysis on a project-by-project basis and advise on code compliance
