• Supervise and contribute to Accession Reports prepared by countries under the guidance of the Secretariat to accede to the Energy Charter Treaty.
• Support the Secretariat's outreach and expansion policy in general
• Contribute to the work of technical groups, Industry Advisory Panel, Annual Conference meeting, capacity building programmes and many other activities.
• Prepare country files, fact sheets, speaking points, presentations, etc.
• Conduct missions and Represent the organisation.
• Member of the Secretariat Advisory Board.
• Carry out / facilitate negotiations with countries and other partners related to the Energy Charter Treaty and its relevant documents. Also, negotiations on protocols, declarations, and model agreements.
• Manage all project aspects, budgets, implementation reports, etc.
• Establish contacts with observer countries and maintain the relations.
• Create the necessary database. -Develop information materials and response to information requests by countries or organisations.
• Prepare the joint activities between the Secretariat and the authorities of the observer countries.
• Prepare joint reports on Energy Investments, Energy Efficiency and renewable policies with Observer countries.
• Develop plans, policies, and strategies for the Secretariat activities towards observer countries. Provide daily advice to the Secretary-General on his interactions with countries with observer countries, also regional and international organisations.
• Prepare concept notes, reports, information sheets.
• Prepare presentations, speeches and represent the organization
• Promote the profile of the University and its education programmes.
• Develop the relations between the University and other institutions in the higher education sector, also non-governmental organisations, human rights centres, aid organisations, United Nations organisations and many other international organisations.
• Supervise the preparation of the information materials about the university policies as well as the promotional materials.

• Setting sales objectives, develop and implement policies and actions plans to achieve the company sales objectives.
• Interact with VIP customers and maintain strong relations with them including Governmental Bodies, companies, universities, unions. Etc
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs report sales, revenue, and expenses in addition to forecasts to the management.
• Follow up the billing system problems and fix it, in coordination with (it) unit.
