reporting to management.
 Profit and loss (Income & loss) statement preparation and analysis reporting
for management decision policy.
 Reconciliation of general ledger (GL).
 Establishment of budget and preparation of variance analysis.
 Streamlining fund management by ensuring financial discipline and better
utilization of resources.
 Working capital mobilization through internal &external sources exploration.
 Presentation of cash flow statement, showing the cash execution.
 Reporting employee time efficiency and departmental invoicing efficiency
report to management.
 Establish job descriptions and assignment and co-ordinate &evaluate the
performance of subordinates.
 Practicing competent credit policy through efficient debtor &credit aging and
follow-up.
 Generation of efficient cash budgets for the smooth daily cash performance.
 Scrutinize and analyze of third party contracts / agreement.
Accounts
 Journal entries and month end closing adjustment entries posting and
reconciliation.
 Reconciliation of GL, bank, suppliers & debtors (AP & AR).
 Suppliers / Creditor allocation, maintenance, aging, payments and
reconciliation, research and reconcile all discrepancies.
 Inter-Company / branch transactions invoicing, receipt & reimbursement.
 Apply Inventory control over store general ledger and stock movement ledger
of goods received voucher / material issued voucher.
 Maintenance fixed asset schedule and register, acquire and realization of fixed
asset, practicing depreciation, revaluation of fixed asset.
