Senior Project Owner (ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning)
• Working right under the Branch Head at Lucknow, looking after six business projects running during the afternoon shift with around 25 employees working under me that includes around 5 Project Owners who I am responsible to guide and lead so that they can manage their respective teams.
• The projects are related to ERP systems (Enterprise Resource Planning) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) for their accounting division, invoice management, and using UPS World Ship for creation of shipping labels, also extracting the 19th Century data of U. S. Army.
• Responsible for understanding the project from the New Jersey Project Owners, training the team, solving their queries, taking regular meetings with the team for quality and timely delivery, resolving team issues, focusing more on quality and timely delivery of the projects even if it meant putting in more working hours if necessary, remain in close communication with the Branch Head in India and Project Owners in New Jersey.
• Joined the company at the lowest level as a Data Analyst and got two promotions in one year and rose to the position of Senior Project Owner which is next only to the Branch Head of India.
• Appreciated by the CEO, Director for successful delivery of many projects and managing and training the team with dedication and sincerity. Got appreciations from the overseas client.
