• Arrange meeting with the client to study the scope, coordinate with presales to prepare the proposal and tracking each enquiry and follow up till the job is awarded and finalized.
• Evaluate the vendor offers technically.
• Preparation of project plan, material arrangement, site scheduling and manpower arrangement.
• Collecting day to day activities of team from supervisors and updating the work progress to the manager and clients.
• Visit sites regularly to ensure the project is going on as per the plan.
• Preparation of manuals for project, analyzing cable test results, preparing reports on each project cost and profits.
• Maintaining customer relationship by ensuring the quality of work, on-time finishing and regular assistance in site.
• Handing over of projects within discipline in accordance with the clients plans, specifications, and industry standards with proper documentation.
• Designing, estimation, consulting and coordination for projects with ELV / Networking in the absents of Pre-Sales Engineers
• Familiar with ELV Cabling products for different brand like R&M, Wavenet etc. and standards of Dubai Health Authority and MAF.
• Coordination of above 400 clients swimming pool maintenance concerns and its solution.
• Delivering agreed scope of service for MEP services projects.
• Preparing quotations in accordance with the site reports.
• Ensuring no work or additional work is undertaken without the necessary authorization from the client and ensuring client delivery expectations are understood and achieved.
• Directing a team with the coordination and preparation of bills of quantities, tender documentation and tender packages in line with standard methods of measurement.
• Detailing construction and maintenance requirement.
• Attending meeting with client and contractor once site execution starts.
• Preparation and management of all documentation related to maintenance department.
• Assisting procurement department to arrange the materials and delivery.
• Familiar with pool equipments of different brands like Astral, Altus etc.
• Familiar the scope of work like pressure testing of pool, heater chiller unit installation, refurbishment of pools, spa construction, sauna room and hard landscaping.
• Assisting in the maintenance and operation of substation equipments.
• Assisting the various departments in the testing and commissioning of substation equipments.
• Update Monthly Operating Review, daily SOA details etc.
• Electrification designing and draft the layout using Auto Cad as per the requirement.
• Calculate and determine the various parameters in load calculation.
• Determine the rating of equipments, prepare the estimate and recommend the products
• Site in charge from the start to end of the project.
• Coordination with client and contractor.
• Commissioning and handing over.
