I was working as. dispute analyst for US bank initially. Then was entrusted with so many other roles through my skills, talent & Hardwork. I trained 9 new joinees & 3 international (GDL) trainings for the process. I have been assigned to set a complete pilot process by the managers & team leads. my responsibility was to complete the assigned task. send SLA to US managers on daily basis. Assign work to my team and manage how it completes in given time. I also represented my team in CSR event and organised so many team engaging activities. Conducted an online art session for 90 students.
