Attainments:
Manage to establish the KSA operation with a first year forecasted procurement of $100 Mn. in Riyadh.
Established a warehousing and distribution center in Abu Dhabi which enable more effective distribution, hence better sales.
 Department restructuring within 3 months for a more productive and effective process which in turn assured an annual saving of $435K.
Warehouse optimization with a restructured racking (VNA) which secured 16% more pallet position among 3 storage location.
Feasibility and project execution with a time defined roadmap on KSA facility, Meat portioning, Cheese production which is a $102 Mn. project.

Keep a close track on the seasonal crop and market trends which may affect the demand and prices on commodities. The contracts, finalized at the right time always helps us to secure better prices throughout the year.
Follow upon existing toll packing agreements and renegotiate them for better prices in view of increased sales volume requirement and market trends. Reallocate the forecasted volumes periodically among markets in view of the market response and propose any required promotional activities where the stock liquidation is demanded.
Drive cost optimization by revisiting and analyzing the product specification, source, contingency plan and packaging.
Attending various exhibitions across the globe to assure a competitive global supply without limiting our access to certain region.

Attainments:
Structured a supply chain department to control and monitor the end-to-end process form product development and contracting to delivery and distribution.
Established a successful procurement & strategic sourcing function for our new markets in KSA, Egypt and Algeria with an execution time as minimal as 1 month.
Proposed 4 new product lines to be toll packed, which in turn has contributed a sales value of $3 Million to the business.
Fighter brand concept has been successfully demonstrated and launched under the brand name of “De L’Ora where the sales volume has contributed $19 Million to the business portfolio.
Initiated an online portal for DM where the order placement from distributor and delivery management is monitored with live data.
