•Conducting the welders performance test
•Visual inspection of final weld profile Reviewing QAP, ITP, Method statement & other work procedures.
•Inspecting the materials regarding Traceability, Physical condition and drawings
•Reviewing Witnessing the NDT methods.

•Pre-test punch listing, Release for Pressure test
•Witnessing the hydro / Pneumatic test
•Experience in Carbon steel, Alloy, Stainless Steel-304 L and 316 L, CS NACE
•Coordination with the client during quality Walkthrough.
•Preparation of test pack and final documentation
Blasting inspection by profile gauge.
Painting inspection (DFT) by Elcometer
