• Weekly planning of progress
• Attending progress review meeting with client and owner
• Fabrication front generation as per material and drawing availability
• Co-Ordination with owner and client safety and QC department
• Material Planning and follow-ups
• Drawing releasing for fabrication as per erection priorities
• Spool releasing for painting as per erection requirements
• Planning for spool erection as per pipe rack elevation
• Manpower and machinery planning as per site requirement
• Mechanical Loop clearance
• Follow up for Hydro test and box up
