On-going as an “Estimation Engineer” for major shutdowns and
turnaround projects within various refineries, petrochemicals
fertilizer, steel plants Within the kingdom as listed below
Congo, Africa.
* Executing shutdown activities of Mining, Acid, Copper, and Manganese
plant static equipment’s including heat exchangers, fin fans, columns,
pressure vessels, pipelines, dryers, cyclones, valves etc.
* Prepare daily construction logs for ongoing projects.
* Fabrication and erection of ducting, piping, structure and maintenance
works at different operational and processing mining areas.
* Equipment dismantling and installation like super heater, Heat
exchanger, cooling tower etc.
* Maintenance works at different equipment’s, leach clarifiers, heat
exchangers, acid coolers, melting pits, heating coils, converters, acid
absorption towers, cobalt dryers, electro wining, acid storage tanks, sag
mills, ball mills cyclones etc.
* Employing quality control & formulating inspection standards/control
techniques to ensure that the process adheres to set quality standards.
* Monitoring plant performance against approved targets on a day-to-day
basis and identifying existing or potential technical problems.
Formulating operational strategies for the quality function by carrying
out long term and short term quality planning in line with the
organization norms.
* Carrying out stage by stage inspections and test to ensure adherence to
technical specifications and quality standards.
* Accountable for developing and implementing production tracking,
quality control, maintenance and other operational reports to detect
production problems.
* Responsible for drawing materials procurement plans in co- ordination
with various departments and defining delivery schedules in line with
production plans.
* Analyze, set up the estimate budgets, review, execute, monitor and
control various projects, shut downs and maintenance works at different
locations of DRC and successfully completed within the required Safety,
Health & Environmental standards. Responsibilities such as liasoning
with clients, manpower planning, vendor developments, cost & budget
control, cash flow analysis & control, and coordinate with site/ client to
achieve the goals according to project management triangle

* Execution of job as the approved GA, P&ID and isometric drawings.

* Coordinate and conduct meeting with client & subcontractors to execute the job
in line with planning schedule
