Receiving and processing all invoices & D O, expense forms and requests for payments.
Maintaining Petty cash dealings.
Maintaining & Preparing the reports for ISO certification.
Post financial data to appropriate accounts in an automated accounting system
Maintaining the stock records & update stock records timely.
Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (eg: expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable and receivable).
Reconciles records with internal company employees and management or external vendors or customers.
Helps in HR activities.
Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
Ensure and accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
Preparing payments for signature.
Supports budget and forecasting activities.
Advises staff regarding the handling of non-routine reporting transactions.
Responds to inquiries from the Directors regarding financial results, special reporting requests etc.
Also handling purchasing orders, quotations if necessary.
