* Maintaining Cash dealings.
* Receiving and processing all invoices, DO expense form and request for payment.
* Posts financial data to appropriate accounts in an automated accounting system.
* Maintain stock record and update stock records timely.
* Maintaining & Preparing the reports for ISO certification.
* Compile monthly reports.
* Tracking and maintaining vehicle files.
* Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
* Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing
financial business transactions (eg: disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts,
accounts payable and receivable).
* Enters data into computer system using defined computer programs.
* Reconciles records with internal company employees and management or external
vendors or customers.
* Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and
general ledger structure.
* Ensure and accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
* Advises staff regarding the handling of non-routine reporting transactions.
* Responds to inquiries from the Directors regarding financial results, special reporting
requests etc.
* Also Handling quotations, purchase orders if it necessary

* Supporting the seniors by preparing accurate financial and management
accounting information on which financial decisions are based.
* Help the government and institutions in checking the accuracy of the information
given in financial matters.
* Prepare financial reports in case of asset management investments.
