Achieve daily production target and Utilization of Manpower.
•Responsible for day-to-day production planning and achieve maximum production outputs.
•To reduce the waste and control the same Upto optimum level defined.
•Planning and coordinating to achieve a production process with good quality.
•Manpower planning allocation according to the requirements/ priority.
•To ensure the availability of raw material according to the production plan.
•Leads 3 key operators/Shift and a team of 80 operators/Shift.
•Line wise with the head count planner for head count planning and align manpower availability with demand.
•Ensures On time Production of orders scheduled.
•Communication, presentation & coordination skills.
•Develop team to improve efficiency in Planning of activities for SOP.
•Ensure SOP meets delivery requirements on time.
•FG inventory monitoring.
•Ramp up and Ramp down coordination.
•Process Quality Control: Ensuring Outgoing Quality (OQC) as per quality standards & Customer requirements. Ensuring zero failures on Process audits standards & Process scrap reduction.
•LINE Balancing: Time study, reducing bottle neck times, Capacity Planning, Line Balancing, improving efficiency of line, Headcount planning and Equipment planning. Planning flexible line setup with minimal change over time.
•Active participation of suggestion scheme, KAIZEN activities
