Responsibilities:
• Identifying and developing quality new business primarily of Commercial Lines & Employee Benefits (such as Health Insurance, Motor Insurance etc.)
• Responsible for premium collection and turnover to accounts department
• Responsible for monitoring accounts and unpaid dues
• Create daily lead sources.
• Manage accounts and meet or exceed targets relating
to revenue growth, activities, profit margin, mix of products and
services sales, customer retention and customer acquisition.
• Adhere to all quality standards and processes, for the
acquisition of customers, opportunities and submission of tender
and contract documents.
• Screen all leads for accreditation eligibility before contacting the business.
• Make outgoing telephone calls, to prospective accredited businesses within a designated market area.
• Provide regular feedback to senior management about
marketplace and competitor activity
• Develop effective working relationships with customers
through regular meetings and identify and obtain further sales
and business development opportunities
• Work with and Group marketing to develop marketing
campaigns to support Sales Strategy. Generate new business and
raise awareness of other company products.
Responsibilities:
• Adhere to all processes and procedures for operations prescribed by the company
• Attend customers for remittance transactions
• Take utmost care while preparing the application for transaction
• Update knowledge on all products, daily draft and currency rate
• Learn all aspects of a new product introduced by the company
• Maintain cordial relationships with the customers
• Treat customers equally irrespective of the amount and nature of the transaction
• Direct customer to the right counter
• Take extra effort to call customers standing in the queue in other counters
• Execution and implementation of the regulations issued by the Central Bank of UAE and our in-house anti-money laundering policy and procedures
• Monitoring day-to-day transaction of the branch for any unusual/structured/suspicious blacklisted ones and report to Chief Compliance Officer at the Head Office
• Educating staff in the branch on AML & KYC policy and procedures
• Safe keeping of the relevant documents of the branch
• Archiving of all related files and when required should be able to retrieve files from the archives for preceding five years
• In-charge, prepares Smart Pay (corporate payroll solution) and salary disbursal for corporate clients
Responsibilities:
• Responsible of initiating Domestic Container Load Plan (Stock Transport Order)
• Analyzes stocks to be loaded by Checking the inventory level at Warehouses nationwide
• Checking labeling lines for local Stock Keeping Units (SKU) being labeled
• Reviewing Stock Transport Order (STO) requirements against stocks being labeled and those are already on floor
• Coordinating the Customer Service Representative (CSR) Head for Sales Order requirements before creating a Load Plan
• Checks the availability of the Number of empty vans available per shipping lines and number of stuffing crew present
• Coordinates with the Transport Coordinator for alignment of empty vans to be prioritized for stuffing
• Instructs and provide data to the Picker/Stuffing Checker for the necessary alignment of loading execution.
• Prepares Open Balance of Stock Transport Order Requirements report, Shipment Plan Report,
• Assist arrangement of local vans shipment
• Ensure accuracy data arrangement as well as the rectification of records
• Answering emails / calls from the consignee’s concern and others Del Monte Philippines, Inc. key personnel
Responsibilities:
• Conducts orientations and seminars for Service Crew
• Responsible for the Crew Training System of the Store
• Heads the Store’s Enegry Conservation Programs
• Updates and ensure implementation of Production Control System Guide
• Ensures proper implementation of standards on new products launched
• Over-all In-charge of the Quality Checks on Food, Service and Cleanliness
• Coordinate plans with the Production Quality Manager and Store Marketing Officer
• Takes charge of the Feedback Management System (Customer Recovery)
• Implements effective dining crew training program
• Implements appropriate training programs and incentive and motivational programs
• Responsible for manpower scheduling
• Manage Stockroom and Warehouse System and Inventory Control
• Handled the Station Leader Development Program for Regular Crew (2-months Training)
