Sensory Evaluation for release/disposition of Halal Canned Corned Beef
processed meats (representative samples of each batch of processing is
being evaluated on Sensory Acceptability, pH, Net weight, Head Space, and
Vacuum. On-Hold Products are being reevaluated also for final
disposition/status)
* Sanitation Audit (Pre-Operation and In-Process) (Sanitation of the
processing area is being evaluated prior to production run and during ongoing
production)
* Process Verification Audit of Corned Meats Processing (actual activity on
processing plant are verified if compliant to all documented product
specifications provided by Product Development Department)
* Cold Storage Facility Audit (where raw materials are stored)
* Evaluation of deliveries of Raw and Packaging Materials (Cans, Cartons,
Labels, Meat)
* Handling of customer complaints (Contact, investigate, verify validity, and
settle customer product complaints)
* Documentations (for Audit and Product Review purposes)
Research work at 2nd IAD Inc. Processing Plant, Leon, Iloilo (4th quarter of 2014)
* Four months working experience in connection with my thesis entitled “A
COMPARATIVE TEST ON DRIED MANGOES (Mangifera indica L.)
PRODUCED FROM MANGOES GROWN IN GUIMARAS
Pioneered the collaboration of the School of Technology of the University of the Philippines Visayas and the 2nd IAD Processing Plant for Plant Sourced Food Processing Research.
