Responsible for the commercial management of € 20 million direct sales across the power, oil & gas, mobility and
marine divisions in 23 countries including the Middle East. Report to the General Manager and manage a team of 6
sales support specialists. Implemented strategies and restructured processes with the focus on driving sales and
profitability while reducing the financial risk and liability of the company.

• Successfully reduced overdue receivables, from 72% to 21% and DSO from 108 days down to 32 days since 2011, resulting in an improved cash flow and net debt
• Developed and implemented a calculation procedure to increase and maintain the target margin and profit
• Responsible for pricing, sales and cost control including cost savings with focus on P&L
• Identified and executed improvement opportunities in the inquiry-to-offer process resulting in a 4.5 days faster reaction time
• Restructured the back office operations and streamlined the supply chain management
