Active participation in AT process of various nodes which involves alarm verification, service testing confirmation and co-ordination for successful completion.
Hardware & Software Fault & all types of Alarm handling in Alcatel 5620 SAM and Data Network.
Implementation of routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, static routes.
Diagnose problems and fix them in accordance with the SLA or forwarded to higher expertise if needed.
