AIM is an American owned, materials supply company based in Vietnam.
For a few years now, AIM have found that for certain products, if the company does
not install these themselves, the installation can be shoddy and thus a bad name for
the product.
The projects I have been involved in have been in Hanoi, Saigon, Hoi Anh, Con Doi.
The products for these projects being; raised flooring, timber sports flooring,
suspended ceilings, Vinyl Flooring, high quality glazed partitions, toilet partitions
and a compactor shelving system.
For Raised & Vinyl Flooring projects, I have had total management of the following
projects, including, quantities calculations, quality control, overseeing the
supervision of the installation, logistics and liaison with the clients:
Crescent Mall, Ho Chi Minh City - 26, 100 m2, Raised Flooring & Acoustic
Ceiling April 2019 - 6 months, 25 staff
Friendship Towers, Ho Chi Minh City - 13, 150 m2, Raised Flooring & Acoustic

Vattanac Tower My role was Head of department for all
civil contractors & contracts ensuring all
work is completed to specification and
client approval for main building works
Oversea Factory inspection tests for
selection and approval of wall tiling and
floor tiling for retail mall.
Completion of water seal testing and
remedial works for full development of the
Façade. This was achieved through the
management and coordination of several
sub-contractors; cladding and façade
fitters, abseil testing/inspection team and
building maintenance unit.
Full completion of all levels to be handed
over to the Building Management, for the
availability for new Tennent's and
Rosewood Hotel
