Handle incoming calls of customers who are using our servers/softwares in USA handle their queries.
I was managing a team of 32 people plus we use toContact our clients in the U.S solve their concerns reply to their mails, help them understand about our services most of the work is related to online education dealing with online high schools and universities for U.S and middle east people.
Provide support to our clients in the U.S. Maintain daily event reports. Report to our schedules department for our recording technicians and facilitators etc.
